Job Summary
Our Compliance team is looking to bring on an experienced Director of Compliance to oversee all ongoing activities related to the maintenance of the organization's compliance policies in accordance with applicable federal and state laws. This role will report to the General Counsel/Chief Compliance Officer (CCO).
What you'll do
- Coordinate and monitor required compliance training
- Facilitate and complete external audit responses
- Cooperate with internal/external investigations
- Facilitate the annual internal audit/risk assessment
- Coordinate and support the corporate monitoring and auditing procedures
- Review internal audit reports
- Identify trends related to ethics and compliance
- Oversee compliance with records retention requirement
- Serve as the designated HIPAA Privacy Officer

Education and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
- Minimum of 5-7 years healthcare compliance experience
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and SharePoint required
- Knowledge and experience in compliance laws, access, release of information, and release control technologies
- Demonstrated organizational, facilitation, communication, and presentation skills
- Knowledge in and the ability to apply the principles of compliance, ethics, claims processing and issue resolution
- Advanced training or experience with FWA training and MA compliance and training a plus
- CHC certification from the Health Care Compliance Association a plus
Travel
- The Company may from time to time require you to travel temporarily to other locations (domestic and international) in connection with the Company's business
