What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Rep lvl II - Start 1/31 position at Solera?

We're hiring experienced CSR II's (customer service reps) to process insurance claims and work from our call center in Paducah Kentucky!

Orientation starts 1/31/2022!!! Kick off the new year with a new job!

Solera provides technological solutions across 90 different countries relating to the automobile and insurance industries! You will work with our business unit, LYNX Services, and will provide top-notch insurance related customer service to the largest auto-insurance providers in the country.

NO sales involved!

*This position is NOT a work from home position*

*Must have 6 or more months of CALL CENTER related experience to be hired*

*Paid Training*

This will be a full time, permanent position with healthcare and 401k benefits, starting at $12.50 per hour. MUST be available to work ANY SHIFT assigned by management, shifts cannot be chosen. Will be a 5 day work week, 8 hour shifts, and you may work up until 9pm if assigned an evening shift. Will also work 1 weekend day per week.

After 6 months of working with us you will also be able to apply to any internal job postings (lead, supervisor roles etc) if you are looking to advance your career!

We offer in depth training to teach you about our industry and insurance related clients to help you be successful in this role. As long as you enjoy working with people and have 6 months call center related experience, we can teach you everything else that you will need to be successful.
