What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative - Call Center position at Solera?
We're searching for professional and up-beat customer service representatives to work with our company, LYNX, in North Fort Myers Florida!
Experience is a plus but not required! If you have people skills and LOVE to help people, this is the place! We will train!
Here at Solera we provide customer service & support to large insurance companies and auto dealerships in an effort to help them handle their call volume related to numerous dealership, auto service and insurance related needs.
Job Overview:
- Working from home AFTER training! MUST be based in the Jacksonville FL area!
- Full time, 5 days on, 2 days off.
- $12 per hour to start.
- Must have availability to work any shift scheduled, along with weekends. (we have 1st/2nd shifts; you will work at least one weekend day; you must be flexible to work any shift)
- Will be based from our North Fort Myers call center.
- Health benefits, dental, vision and 401k after 90 days.
- 1 week of in-depth training.
