Solerity, a mission-based professional and technical services company dedicated to serving the federal government with operations in Huntsville, AL, O’Fallon, IL, and in the Greater Washington, DC area, is currently looking to hire an experienced Talent Sourcer to our Talent Acquisition team. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive professional with experience recruiting cleared professionals within the Intelligence Community, to leverage that experience and broaden and grow their talent acquisition experience within a respectful culture. Ideally this position should be based within the National Capital Region and could be onsite, hybrid or remote. Talent Sourcer will report to Talent Acquisition Director, and closely team with Senior Talent Acquisition Partner.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sourcing and screening cleared professionals within the Intelligence Community, and beyond with IT and other consulting professionals
- Sourcing qualified candidates by leveraging job boards, social media, search engines, Boolean, and online community/professional reached for networking opportunities
- Promoting our brand as an employer of choice to attract qualified candidates for current openings and future opportunities in our proposal pipeline
- Connecting with all employee and external candidate referrals
- Conducting and documenting initial screening interviews in person, by phone or via Microsoft Teams
- Successfully partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure an outstanding candidate experience
- Continually promoting Solerity as an employer of choice
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of demonstrated experience sourcing and recruiting for cleared professionals in the Intelligence Community
- Proven success at sourcing, screening, and hiring cleared professionals
- Thorough understanding of different levels of security clearances
- Outstanding interviewing, organizing, planning, prioritizing, problem solving and communication (verbal and written) skills
- Excellent computer skills, including MS Office (Excel)
- Experience with applicant tracking systems, and experience with Greenhouse a plus
- Strong knowledge of employment law, and EEO, ADA, DOL classifications
- OFCCP compliance experience is a must
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, psychology, business, or another related field
