Title: Retail Pharmacist
Start: Late March
Location: North of Gaylord, MI
Duration: 13-week contract for travelers; Direct Hire is possible for local candidates
Schedule: 5 x 8-hour day shift; weekends as needed
Responsibilities include:
- Review orders for accuracy
- Order entry
- Supervise pharmacy techs
- Counsel patients
- Controlled substance inventory control
- Prepare clinic meds for delivery
Requirements:
- Michigan Pharmacist license
- 2 years outpatient hospital pharmacy experience
- Michigan Controlled Substance License
- BLS Certification
- EPIC experience (preferred)
