Job Functions:
- Reconcile information submitted to floor plan holder with our internal system for daily bank approvals for our nationwide network of dealerships.
- Research pending bank approval queries for the data analytics department.
- Provide the legal department with assistance with basic inquiries.
- Process inter-company transfers in our internal system.
- Stock in new inventory
- Communicate with dealership personnel regarding inventory updates
- Place shipping orders with the transport company.
- Data Entry
Skills Needed:
- The applicant must be diligent, organized, and extremely detail-oriented
- Intermediate computer knowledge with MS Office, including Excel, accuracy with ten keypad,s and typing skills needed
- Self-motivated; able to effectively prioritize tasks and organize the schedule
- Knowledge of auto dealership accounting systems (IDS, ADP, Reynolds & Reynolds) would be helpful but unnecessary.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and demands.
