Are you a dynamic pharmacy leader ready to make a difference in a picturesque corner of Northern Vermont? We're seeking an Interim Director of Pharmacy (with the potential for contract-to-hire) to lead our dedicated team at a thriving 40-bed critical access hospital with an outpatient pharmacy.

LOCATION : Northern Vermont, where natural beauty meets small-town charm.

SCHED : Monday to Friday, day shifts, 40 hours per week. Pharmacy Hours : 7 : 00 am - 4 : 30 pm.

SYSTEMS : Utilizing Cerner, Omnicell, and Med Carousel systems.

KEY DUTIES :

  • Staffing inpatient / outpatient as needed and participating in on-call rotations.
  • Creating pharmacist schedules and on-call schedules.
  • Leading P&T / Critical Care committee meetings and other departmental gatherings.
  • Active involvement in various leadership and patient care meetings.
  • Budget planning and management responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Possesses a Vermont pharmacy license with hospital experience.
  • Demonstrates proven management or leadership experience.
