Job Description: Soliant is partnering with a school district in the Somers, CT area to hire two dedicated and experienced School Psychologists for the uping 2024/2025 school year. These positions are in-person only, with hybrid options considered.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct prehensive psychological evaluations.
- Administer and interpret psychological tests.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to support student success.
- Provide detailed reports on student assessments.
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute to the development of individualized education plans.
- Support the implementation of school-wide positive behavioral interventions and supports (PBIS).
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
- Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist.
- Experience in administering psychological assessments.
- Strong analytical and report-writing skills.
- Excellent munication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
