Soliant has partnered with adistrict near Villa Rica, GA who is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist(SLP) or Speech Pathologist Assistant (SLPA)to join our team for a school based, travel assignment. Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify communication and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
- Provide therapy services to students with a wide range of communication and swallowing disorders
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, teachers, and parents to develop and implement intervention plans
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
Requirements:
- Bachelors or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active stateSLP license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare or educational setting
- Experience with a wide range of communication and swallowing disorders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
