Soliant Health is currently seeking a driven Occupational Therapist job for a school-based position in Palmer, Alaska. In this role, you will provide services to students in grades K-12. **Responsibilities:**
- Conduct thorough evaluations of students' physical, cognitive, sensory, and psychosocial abilities, taking into account environmental factors and personal objectives.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on evaluation findings, goals, and evidence-based practices, incorporating therapeutic activities and adaptive strategies.
- Implement interventions and techniques to enhance fine motor skills, sensory processing, coordination, self-care abilities, cognitive function, and emotional well-being.
- Utilize adaptive equipment and assistive technology to promote students' independence in daily tasks.
**Qualifications:**
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid state OT license.
- While school or pediatric experience is preferred, it is not required. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
