Job Description :
Soliant Education is currently seeking School Paraprofessionals with a background in Mental Health to join our team in Conyers, Georgia.
The selected candidates will provide support and assistance to students with mental health needs, contributing to their academic and emotional well-being.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of students and collaborate with a dedicated team of educators.
Responsibilities :
- Provide direct support to students with mental health needs, promoting social and emotional growth
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and other support staff to develop and implement individualized plans
- Monitor and document student progress, behaviors, and interventions
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field preferred
- Previous experience working with individuals with mental health challenges
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Patience, empathy, and a commitment to supporting students' well-being
