Job Summary : Soliant is seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Paraprofessional to assist classroom teachers in providing high-quality education and support to students.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist with lesson implementation and classroom management.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students.
- Help prepare instructional materials and maintain classroom organization.
- Support students with special needs by following IEPs and accommodations.
- Supervise students during non-classroom times.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associates degree preferred.
- Experience working with children or in an educational setting is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in helping students succeed.
