RBT Opportunity for Current School Year!
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team for the Current School Year until June 2024! The ideal RBT will have a passion for working with children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or related developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities :
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to address the specific needs of students with ASD or related disabilities.
- Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy and behavior management support to students in the school environment.
- Collect data on student progress and behavior using designated data collection methods.
- Maintain professional and ethical standards outlined by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) and adhere to school policies and procedures.
- HS and ES (ASD experience needed) - HS has 4-5 opening ES-1ASD and ES opening -Please notify me wither your candidate is being sent to ES or HS.
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred.
- Must hold current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Previous experience working with individuals with ASD or related developmental disabilities preferred.
