Soliant is seeking a passionate and dedicated Audiologist to support students with hearing impairments. As a school-based Audiologist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all students have equal access to educational opportunities by addressing their auditory needs.

Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' hearing abilities, including pure-tone audiometry, speech audiometry, and tympanometry.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other school staff to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and 504 plans tailored to students' specific auditory needs.
- Provide direct services to students, including fitting and troubleshooting hearing aids, cochlear implants, FM systems, and other assistive listening devices.
- Educate students, families, and school staff on hearing conservation strategies, communication strategies, and the use of assistive technology.
- Monitor students' progress and adjust interventions as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of assessments, interventions, and progress reports in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Qualifications :
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Audiology from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Audiologist.
- Certification of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A) preferred.
- Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in a school or educational setting.
- Strong knowledge of auditory assessment techniques, assistive listening devices, and auditory rehabilitation strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, students, families, and external stakeholders.
- Empathy, patience, and a passion for advocating for students with hearing impairments.
