Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Full-Time Position
Location : Litchfield, New Hampshire
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Pismo Oaks, CA.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
- Monitor and analyze client data to evaluate progress and make data-driven decisions regarding treatment adjustments.
- Conduct regular parent and caregiver training sessions to ensure continuity of care and promote generalization of skills in the home and community settings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Qualifications :
- Must hold a current and active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
- Extensive knowledge of the principles, strategies, and techniques of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
- Strong assessment, data analysis, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members, clients, and families.
- Proficiency in using data collection software and behavior tracking systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
