Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN)

Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The RN will play a crucial role in providing healthcare support to our students and ensuring a safe and nurturing environment conducive to learning.
Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to students with acute or chronic health conditions, injuries, or illnesses.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Assess student health needs and implement appropriate interventions and treatments.
• Develop and maintain individualized healthcare plans for students with special medical needs in collaboration with parents, healthcare providers, and school staff.
• Conduct health screenings, immunization reviews, and health assessments as required by state regulations.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide first aid as needed.
• Educate students, staff, and families on health-related topics and promote wellness initiatives within the school community.
• Maintain accurate health records and documentation of student health issues and treatments administered.
• Collaborate with school administrators and other healthcare professionals to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to student health and safety.

Qualifications:

• Current RN licensure in the state of Pennsylvania.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Previous experience working in a school setting or pediatric healthcare environment preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Dedication to providing high-quality healthcare services to students.
