Title: School Psychologist
Job Overview:
We are seeking an innovative and enthusiastic School Psychologist to join our team for the 2023-2024 school year. This is a full-time, on-site position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct developmental and behavioral screenings for children in the program
- Administer and interpret assessments to determine students' cognitive, social-emotional, and behavioral functioning
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized plans for students with developmental delays, autism spectrum disorders, and other disabilities
- Facilitate social-emotional learning groups and provide individual counseling to students as needed
- Consult with teachers and parents to provide behavior management strategies and support
- Provide professional development to staff on topics related to social-emotional development and behavior management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of assessments, counseling, and other services provided to students
Qualifications:
- Master's or doctoral degree in school psychology or a related field
- Indiana school psychologist license
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team
Working Hours:
This is a full-time position for the entire 2023-2024 school year. The working hours are 40 hours per week, including lunch.
Salary:
The salary for this position is competitive based on experience and qualifications.
Salary : $83,000 - $105,000
