Soliant is seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team in Apple Valley, MN.
As a SLPA with us, you will play a role in helping clients improve their communication skills and enhance their overall quality of life.
Employment Details :
- W2 Contract Assignment
- 2024-2025 School Year
- Full time hours : 35 per week
- Elementary, Middle and High School caseloads
Responsibilities :
- Work under the supervision and direction of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide individualized therapy sessions to clients of all ages.
- Implement treatment plans and exercises designed by the Speech-Language Pathologist to target speech, language, communication, and swallowing goals.
- Document progress, observations, and notes for each session in a clear and organized manner.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, including other therapists, educators, and caregivers, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.
Qualifications :
- Minnesota licensure required
- Associate's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
