Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Special Education or related field.
- State certification or eligibility for certification as a Special Education Teacher in the state

Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with special needs.
- Provide direct instruction to students in accordance with IEP goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and parents to create inclusive learning environments.
- Assess student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed.
- Use assistive technology and specialized materials to support student learning.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of student progress and participation.
