From initial concept through final installation, our talented team of designers, writers, filmmakers, fabricators, and project managers creates innovative solutions to fit any project.

We're seeking a Lead Interactive Designer/UI Designer with a passion for bringing stories to life with our Media team. Responsible for applying UI/UX design concepts and guidance on projects from concept to final installation, this role reports directly to the Executive Producer. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of experience design and enjoys ideating, developing concepts and visualizations, graphic design, and collaborating with diverse and multidisciplinary teams. Primary job functions include:

• Collaborate with the project team to create innovative media solutions and presentation materials.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
• Work with the project team and subcontractors to facilitate installations.
• Work with the media team to build a network of resources to assist with implementation.

Required skills:

• Proficient understanding of computer applications to include Microsoft Office Suite and the Internet.
• Proficient in Google SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Up to date on UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.

• Effective communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment
