Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Technology Enablement Specialist to help with launching technology platforms, working with sales enablement team to launch training programs and overseeing roadmap and enhancements for our Partner, Sales and Services technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program Manage technology updates and deployments
  • Manage roadmap and enhancement requests
  • Co-lead governance forum for sales, service & partner stakeholders
  • Ensure reporting platform is working and input to overall reporting workstream
  • Monitor CRM and PRM user health KPIs
  • Assist in vendor management
  • Work with Sales Enablement on technology side of field guides
  • Manage technology ommunication & updates

 

 

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Desired Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business related field or Information Technology
  • Minimum 5 years experience in sales technology.
  • Proven history of working with CRM, PRM and Services platforms
  • Strong understanding of sales enablement and enabling technology for sellers
  • Highly organized and able to multi-task; must possess excellent organizational, project and time management, and planning skills.
  • Able to transform data into actionable insights to inform content success.
  • Self starter able to work in a fast-paced environment, but confident to ask for help when needed.
  • Prior experience at a technology company or at an agency supporting technology company preferred.
