Acts as subject matter expert of Ariba SLP, Ariba SCC, SAP MM (and other Ariba modules in near future). This position will act as a subject matter expert in IT to support, and enhance the existing implementation of Ariba, rolling out Ariba to more suppliers, and participate in implementing other Ariba modules in near future. You would be required to interact with business stakeholders, gather business requirements, and propose solutions. You will have the opportunity to collaborate, challenge, and design innovative high-quality solutions. Assist with writing and/or updating of Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), identify testing scenarios, write and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts with other Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Change Control approvals. Assurance of proper ERP Training and accurate execution of Global ERP Processes. The position works independently to analyze business systems and application needs; determines system capabilities; Configure and tests Ariba system and integrations; Analyzes Ariba system logic, and addresses functionality issues for business users.
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Define and communicate annual ERP system roadmaps, perform formal and informal reviews of existing systems and ensure changes/updates are communicated in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinating and liaison with the other cross-functional Workstreams, Strategic Integration Vendors, BSC BPL’s, SME’s, Communities of Practice, IT Solution Architects/COE, and Stakeholders across the network to develop a strong and deep pool of expertise across Inbound (Procure to Pay) processes and Applications.
- Liaise with the Training team and Site Super Users/BPLs/SMEs to develop training plans for each of the key Applications to enhance the knowledge base across the Manufacturing, Divisional, and Distribution network.
- Lead cross-functional teams across organizational entities to drive business systems through improvement and sustainable changes
- Analyze, design, and implement SAP ECC and S4 Hana system improvements through interaction with internal users and customers to understand and document system requirements to produce business requirements documents (BRDs)
- Review the Procure to Pay and Logistics Business System designs, update and/or assist with the development of current and new SOPs
- Identify and support end-user system access and/or transactional issues and interface with additional internal/external resources as required
- Teams with internal auditors during deployment of system audits
Master's Level Degree or work experience of 4 years, Bachelor's Level Degree or work experience of 5 years
- Cross-functional knowledge of various SAP and Ariba solutions. This includes SAP Procurement, SAP vendor master, Ariba SLP, Ariba SCC
- Technical Expertise - SAP Procure to Pay, Ariba
- Functional Expertise - Supplier Management, Procure to Pay
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and oral.
