Soliel, LLC is seeking an Administrative Data Entry Processor to support a federal customer. Soliel is seeking a detail-oriented Data Assistant with a high WPM typing speed to assist the customer with information management and administration.

In this role, new and preexisting information will be entered into the system as well as updates to outdated information will be conducted.

The candidate will also review documentation and reports for accuracy and completeness before entering them into the system.

It is essential to maintain confidentiality and enter data accurately, as requests for tracking data and creating reports will be essential.

The ideal candidate must be customer service oriented, collaborative, and deadline driven. Due to the nature of customer tasks and technology, successful candidates must take a proactive, structured approach to assignments to achieve the best results.

Location : Boise, Idaho

Start Date : April 3, 2023

Clearance : No security clearance required

Key Responsibilities :

  • Compose data entry of all customer information as requested
  • Review documents and data reports for accuracy
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
  • Edit and update outdated information
  • Ensure administration of information is being accurately provided and communicated to all customer stakeholders through applicable communication channels as instructed by the department
  • In depth understanding of cross-functional business processes, compliance, and workflows and apply that knowledge to your daily support of the customer
  • Conduct and provide administrative collaboration, utilizing platforms such as MS Teams and / or Zoom

Required Skills :

  • Must possess SharePoint experience
  • Experience in providing administrative support : 3 years
  • Experience in working with large spreadsheets with extensive information with attention to details : 3 years
  • Experience in creating clerical procedures and processes : 3 years
  • Ability to work independently

Preferred Skills :

  • Bachelor's Degree or similar experience in Writing or Communications
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions
  • Flexibility to take on projects that adapt to changing needs
