Front of the House Supervisor responsible for day-to-day operations of Honeycomb Grill. This is a leadership role in our flagship restaurant reporting directly to the Village Dining Room Manager. Our F&B team is composed of 5 restaurants, 3 mountain lodges, and a banquets department. The winning candidate will be coachable, flexible, and have a passion for taking care of others. Past experiences demonstrate repeated sound decision-making, empathy, and patience. Ski industry hospitality positions are amongst the most exciting, diverse, and rewarding in the hospitality industry. No two days are alike.
SPECIFIC JOB REQUIREMENTS:???
- Demonstrate knowledge of customer service to execute Solitude’s standards

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:?
- Ensure the building is open in the morning and secure at night?
-
Ensure restaurant is running smoothly and efficiently
-
Handle guest complaints
- Set up cash register for the day?
-
Schedule FOH staff
-
Check in and put away deliveries?
-
Notify ski patrol of injured guests?
-
Take lost and found items to the guest services?
- Assist guests with resort directions?
-
Change kegs for the bar as needed?
-
Check CO2 and beer levels and change cylinders as necessary?
- Light snow removal on stairs, patio, and roof over-hangs?
-
Provide backup support for servers, Hosts, bartender, and dishwasher?
-
Monitor restrooms daily for cleanliness and paper products?

Provide shift coverage in employees’ absence or during a break?
- Follow company policy and procedures as set forth in the handbook?

Other duties as required for the functionality of the daily operations of the cafeteria-style restaurant?
