What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative position at Solo-Step, Inc?
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Manage customer information for corporate/partner clients in CRM systems
- Communicate with other team members and leadership team members to communicate ongoing activities and company planning
- Coordinate all dispatch and route travel (with preferred provider), data collection and planning of installation process for all jobs requiring installation of our product
- Maintain spreadsheets and billing process with QuickBooks for all installation costs
- Attend weekly team sales and marketing meetings
- Create and share systems, ideas & checklists to promote and improve the sales process
- Developing and maintaining expertise of the products and competition of Solo-Step Systems Sold
- Consistently follow all company policies and procedures
- Self-motivated with good time management skills
- Excellent attendance
- Present a personable and professional manner
- Excellent organizational and communication/people skills
- Ability to multi-task and good problem-solving skills
- Proficient with Microsoft programs, internet, e-mail and google maps
- Understanding and ability to operate office equipment such as keyboard, fax, copier and scanner
- Able to maintain confidentiality in appropriate circumstances
- Team player
- Ability to create and maintain Word Documents and Excel Spreadsheets
