Requirements:
- NYS Licensed Practical Nurse
- High School Diploma
- CPR/BLS Certification
- Proof of Covid-19 Vaccination
Responsibilities:
- Provide medication management to individuals
- Conduct health assessment and counseling to promote recovery, wellness, and optimal health
