Location: West Palm Beach
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Paralegal- Litigation to join our clients dynamic legal team in WPB. Working for the Co Managing partner and three associates of a global law firm. This role requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of litigation processes, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage complex legal documentation. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation, including pre-trial preparation, trial support, and post-trial activities.
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant case information.
- Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery materials.
- Manage and organize case files, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Coordinate and schedule depositions, hearings, and meetings.
- Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and court officials.
- Analyze and summarize case materials and evidence.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold the highest ethical standards.
- Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate from an accredited program preferred.
- Minimum of 5plus years of experience as a litigation paralegal.
- Strong knowledge of state and federal court procedures and rules.
- Excellent legal research and writing skills.
- Proficient in legal software and case management tools.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
