Debt Collector
Our global financial services firm client is seeking a Debt Collector to join their King of Prussia location on a contract basis.
Hybrid work environment. Local candidates only.
Responsibilities of the Debt Collector
- Identify and investigate outstanding payment amounts and code debtor identification appropriately
- Communicate with debtors via phone and in writing
- Oversee debtors and arrears process
- Approve or reject quality adjustment requests and complete documentation packages
- Complete requested account terminations and payment collections actions
- Document all collections history
Requirements of the Debt Collector
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2-3 years B2B collections experience
- Leasing and finance industry experience a plus
- Bilingual French or Spanish a plus
- Strong customer service orientation
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment

Salary range $25 / HR W2. The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, location and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
