Reporting to the Director of Procurement and working closely with the Live Productions division, the Procurement Technician will be responsible for purchasing products according to system recommendations, tracking orders, and developing lasting business relationships.

Your day will look like this:
- Create and track orders from suppliers, validating prices and delivery dates
- Follow-up with various suppliers
- Assume administrative functions related to purchasing and replenishment activities (filing various documents and perform data entry, etc.)
- Consolidate equipment purchases
- Work closely with internal clients
- Maintain good relationships with suppliers
- Ensure compliance with the company's procurement policies and guidelines with suppliers
- Perform any other related tasks required by the position
Your profile:
- Associates degree in Finance
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of supply or equivalent experience
- Good Knowledge of Office 365 (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Knowledge of ERP and MRP systems preferred
- Ability to analyze, research and great attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage priorities and multitask
- Ability to identify, evaluate and quickly solve problems
- Strong customer service skills (internal & external)
