Server/Waiter/Waitress

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:
- Greet guests and escort them to their tables
- Present menus and provide detailed information about our offerings
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
- Enter orders into the Aloha POS system
- Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner
- Ensure accuracy of orders and address any issues or special requests
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness of dining areas
- Sanitize tables, chairs, and other surfaces regularly
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and empathy

Skills:
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in using the Aloha POS system or similar software
- Strong upselling skills to increase sales revenue
- Knowledge of basic math for accurate order taking and bill calculation
- Exceptional hospitality skills to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Previous experience in the food industry preferred but not required
- Ability to build positive guest relations and provide excellent customer service
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members
- Basic bussing skills to clear tables efficiently

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.50 - $17.50 per hour
