The Data Coordinator is responsible for the creation, maintenance and completeness of the Product/Item Master definition in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) application. This includes maintaining global records in each Solta Legal Entity. The position will work cross-functionally with other departments to gain all required Product/Item Master attribute definitions prior to data entry. The position will manually update records in D365 as required.
Principle Responsibilities & Duties:
- Perform data entry in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) to create and maintain the item master records.
- Coordinates cross-functionally with Customer Service, Logistics, Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain and Quality groups, as required, to create/maintain Item Master records. Reviews new item requests for completeness and appropriate approvals prior to implementation.
- Maintains master data integrity in D365. Responsible for maintaining accurate status of item masters and other associated records.
- May create and/or modify processes and procedures using defined methods.
- Attends periodic status meetings.
- Updates and reports KPI metrics advising management of new item master record creation and release.
- Reviews existing data management tools and suggests improvements or new tools.
Experience, Education, Training, Traits:
- Requires a minimum of an Associates degree, preferably in a technical field or Business Administration, or equivalent work-related experience.
- A minimum of 2-3 years Document Control or Production Planning experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly in the manufacture of instrumentation and/or medical devices including:
o Knowledge and experience in the utilization of ERP systems and planning tools.
o Knowledge and experience in Item Masters, Bill of Material structures and component specifications.
o Good data entry skills in an ERP environment.
- Experience working within a rigorous quality system environment (i.e., ISO 13485, FDA cGMP/QSR) preferred.

- Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with MS Dynamics 365 a plus.

Ability to read and interpret basic engineering specifications, general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondences documents. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from cross-functional groups of managers and coworkers. Ability to clearly and concisely convey project accomplishments, obstacles, issues, and project status.
Math Skills
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. Ability to use MS Excel to perform calculations and interpret project results/data.
Analytical and Reading Skills
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Physical Requirements
Duties of this job may involve standing and/or walking for extended periods of time. Duties also involve daily keyboard data entry. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
Work Environment
Most work will be performed in an office and light manufacturing environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.

As required by law, Bausch Health provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in the US. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For this role, the range of starting pay for this role is $23 to $31 per hour.
