Position Summary: Forklift driver is responsible for the unloading of material and merchandise from incoming trucks, racks, and storage areas and stacking them to an assigned place. Safety and accuracy are a must for this position.
1st Shift 6:15 am - 6:15 pm
Rorating Schedule
Pay rate:$17 /hr DOE
Responsibilities
Operate forklift and other hand trucks.
Locate and move material to the production lines.
Use wireless RF Scanning equipment to ensure the accuracy of inventory.
Load and unload material from trucks.
Pick, wrap, and stage orders to be shipped or storage.
Comply with company policies and guidelines and follow safety regulations.
Maintain the work area in a clean, orderly condition.
Inspect and perform basic maintenance of Forklift and keep a safety log.
Requirements
Understand and follow basic verbal and written instructions
Must possess a high regard for safety in the workplace
Maintain the production pace of other team members
Forklift Operator (1 Years of experience)
Forklift certification required
Able to lift 50 lbs.
must be able to work 8 to 12 hours shift.
May also engaged in frequent bending, stooping, squatting, pushing and pulling of parts
Do to the environment of the warehouse, it must be able to work in various weather and temperatures conditions to include extreme heat, humidity, and cold.
