Qualifications:
- 12 years of directly related experience.
- 2 – 3 years of program management experience.
- 2 – 3 years’ experience managing direct reports.
- BS/BA Required.
- PMP Certificate Required.
- Agile PDM.
- Preferred (ITIL) and CSM (Certified Scrum Master) certification.
Responsibilities:
- Independently manages programs or multiple projects, typically large in size and complexity.
- Manages the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple or large-scale projects or a program.
- Develop project deliverables including project plans, schedules, and status reports.
- Facilitating meetings including preparing agendas and coordinating schedules and materials, documenting meeting minutes, following-up on action items; gathering, organizing, and distributing project-related documentation.
- Prepares program documents: program road maps, plan, scope, and schedules, and establishing program governance.
- Participate in the creation and execution of project work plans and revise them as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Implements engagement review and quality assurance procedures by our methodology to ensure profitable and successful execution of programs as measured by goals and customer satisfaction.
- Minimizes our exposure and risk across multiple projects.
- Conducts risk monitoring and controls during a project's duration to ensure the ability to achieve expected outcomes, on time and budget.
- Complies with and enforces standard policies and procedures.
Must work Pacific hours and occasional India hours as needed. Potential travel to Santa Ana, CA office (5-10%).
Pay Range for CA, CO, NJ, NY, WA: $48/hour to $49/hour. Starting rate of pay offered may vary depending on factors including but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training and/or experience.
