Production Control Analyst
Major Areas of Responsibility
Employee may also support TDY deployments to various locations as required in support of Predator-series UAS maintenance.
Manages and maintains an Aircraft Scheduling and Documentation (ASD) maintenance and utilization program.
Develops long range plans and establishes production schedules to meet customer requirements.
Prepares weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual utilization schedules for maintenance.
Maintains proficiency in operations of the USAF Maintenance Information System including Core Automated Maintenance System (CAMS), Centralized Engine Management System (CEMS), and other maintenance management database library programs. Maintains equipment records in library files.
Collects, reviews, and files documented information for planning and scheduling of various maintenance activities.
Ensures accurate documentation is maintained for aircraft engines, munitions, missiles, AGE configurations, Time Compliance Technical Orders, time change items, and special inspections.
USAF equivalent position is Aircraft Scheduling & Documentation Journeyman.
Specific Responsibilities of the Job
Assists in developing long range plans and assists in establishing production schedules to meet customer requirements.
Supports the preparation of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual utilization schedules for maintenance. Routes materials to prescribed storage locations.
Maintains equipment records in database library files.
Collects, reviews, and files documented information for planning and scheduling of RPA maintenance activities.
Helps ensure accurate documentation is maintained for aircraft engines, munitions, missiles, AGE configurations, Time Compliance Technical Orders, time change items, and special inspections.
Supports supervisor in training management staff on uses of maintenance database functions and documentation libraries.
Performs all other position related duties as assigned or requested.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Must possess planning and organizational skills
Must be able to work under deadlines
Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English
Must be able to provide proof of U.S. citizenship upon hire
Must submit updated SF-86 within 30 days of hire start date
Must be eligible to gain and maintain a DoD security clearance commensurate with the assigned duties
Education or Equivalent
Must have high school diploma, or have completed relevant military and/or vocational technical school curriculum
Minimum of three-to-five years actual and recent aircraft Plans & Scheduling experience required
Preferred Qualifications
DoD Security Clearance or ability to successfully obtain a DoD Security Clearance
Associate degree in a relevant career field
Minimum of three years’ experience in operations of the USAF MIS, including CAMS and/or CEMS
RPA operations experience
Prior experience as a Defense Contractor
Prior experience in RPA Plans & Scheduling
