Solv Real Estate LLC (Solv) is searching for the next team member to join our acquisitions team. We are seeking a highly motivated individual with solid sales experience to grow and develop their career with an established real estate company. You will join a fast-paced and highly productive team with the opportunity to make over six figures!
As a Real Estate Acquisition Specialist, you will help build our pipeline by establishing new acquisition opportunities and cultivating relationships with sellers. This is not a cold-calling position. Solv has established a full-funnel marketing approach to guarantee verified leads for our acquisitions team. We are looking for an individual to be able to analyze potential deals and get properties under contract. Our acquisitions team produces high volume, and our next acquisitions specialist will be expected to embrace coaching and team collaboration.

Responsibilities
Connect with prospective sellers through outbound calling to qualify and convert leads
Evaluate value and purchase price for sellers (We will teach you how to do this!)
Managing acquisition data in our internal CRM
Track daily key performance indicators (KPIs)
Collaborate with the internal team to drive leads through to closing
Communicate updates and blockers with the team, including upper management
Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have the following:
1-3 years experience in telesales, preferably in real estate
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Willingness to be agile and coachable
Highly organized and motivated
Team Player
Ability to work flexible hours
Real estate knowledge is a plus
Compensation
$100K Expected Earnings (Salary Commission)
