Solve is seeking a part-time office manager to keep our office up and running. Welcoming clients, vendors, and other visitors into the agency, managing incoming phone calls, keeping supplies stocked and maintaining the overall appearance of the agency are the core responsibilities.
This person will also be involved in arranging travel, maintaining calendars/scheduling appointments, shipping packages, and delivering mail to employees. The ideal candidate will bring high energy to our fast-paced workplace.
Solve prides itself on having a fun, creative, and collaborative environment, and we’re looking for someone to contribute to that atmosphere. Applicants must be available to work 20-25 hours per week during normal business hours (8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday, Wednesday and Thursday; 8:30 – 12:00 Tuesday and Friday).
