POSITION DESCRIPTION: Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Project Manager will be responsible for leading enterprise-wide projects and initiatives. This position will be responsible for overseeing the Program Management Office for several strategic projects at Solve. The ideal candidate must have broad business experience and a proven track record of building relationships and working cross-functionally.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide high-level strategic support and project management support for key internal projects in collaboration with Senior Leadership
- Manage multiple cross-functional, cross-company project teams in all phases of project planning and execution to ensure project success
- Lead effort to define and articulate project strategy and objectives, scope and business requirements
- Use Smartsheets to define, create and update the project plans and coordinate with cross-functional leaders in the business to deliver on timelines within the project
- Anticipate, escalate, and mitigate project risks and roadblocks to ensure timely completion of projects and manages changes to the project without affecting project goals and objectives
- Report on project progress and communicate relevant information to stakeholders, management, and customers
- Prepare for and lead weekly or periodic update meetings with the business and Senior Leadership
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5 Years of professional experience, with experience across multiple departments
- Significant program and project leadership experience
- Excellent computer skills required, including fluency in MS Office Suite and intermediate Excel knowledge
- Ability to travel as needed to meet project goals, (approximately 20%)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- MBA or equivalent degree
- PMP certification
