Job Summary
We are seeking a highly-skilled, experienced FNP to join our comprehensive primary care team at our state of the art clinic in Peoria. You will diagnose and counsel patients on their current medical condition, set up an effective treatment plan, educate patients on preventative health measures, and perform annual wellness visits. A compassionate personality and exemplary bedside manner are a must.

Qualifications:
- Master of Science in Nursing degree
- Valid license to practice in the State of Illinois as an Family Nurse Practitioner; board certified
- 2 years practicing medicine in hospital or private practice
- Adept at diagnosing problems and creating treatment plans for patients
- Highly computer literate and familiar with electronic medical charting
- Excels in communicating sensitive and/or adverse information
- Sound judgment and expert decision-making abilities
- Analytical thinker and complex problem-solver
- Obtain and maintain medical staff membership and appropriate privileges. Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs.
- Physician shall meet all qualifications to participate in programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage.
- Licensed by the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and the State of Illinois to prescribe narcotics, if applicable.
- Maintains collaborative agreement with Solvera's Collaborating Physician for prescriptive authority

Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
