Solvis Employment Services is now hiring a Customer Service Supervisor for a (Bakery) bread Manufacturing plant located in Los Angeles.
Looking for an experienced Customer Service Supervisor to lead and manage team of customer service representatives and provide exceptional service to their wholesale clients. This role is responsible for developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures and ensuring that customer service standards are met. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, leadership skills, and bakery/food manufacturing knowledge.

Industry-specific knowledge, skills & abilities needed
▪ Baking Industry - baking or food industry a plus
▪ Working in a manufacturing environment a plus
Functional/Job-Related knowledge, skills & abilities needed
▪ Work Planning, Organization, and Execution – organization skills for maintaining HR filing
▪ Personal Computer Skills – proficient in standard operating systems and business software such as Excel, Word, Power Point experience a plus
Interpersonal knowledge, skills & abilities needed
Schedule may vary between 7am – 9am start time. One weekend day might be required.
