What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Property Manager position at SOM Enterprises LLC?
Part time farm attendant needed to check-in on 50 acre property weekly. Property is in Cullowhee, minutes from campus - with small rental property, brokered cattle and otherwise unrestricted, cleared land.
Need attendant to visit property twice a week to check fences / gates, cameras, put eyes on rental home and cattle.
No direct contact with livestock will be required. We are out-of-town owners - you will be our eyes and ears.

Pay: $40.00 per day
