The Gifting Clerk is a key role within the Operations Department, undertaking a wide variety gifting roles to ensure guests after completion of presentations are given best in class customer service.
Requirements
- Fluent with Cornerstone
- Good interpersonal communication skills, written and verbal
- Fluent with Microsoft Office Suite; Word , Excel and Outlook
- Good organization skills
- Ability to manage daily, weekly and special project deadlines
- Self-starter
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to deal with various personality types
- Positive upbeat attitude to ensure great work environment
- Must be well groomed and present a professional image
- Ability to maintain and balance daily a ticket box
