Qualifications:
- Minimum of a least one years’ personal experience with swimming. Prior coaching/teaching experience preferred.
- Possess the knowledge and skills to instruct beginning and intermediate levels of COED swimming.
- Be committed and available for meets and practices throughout the entire season.
- Display a professional, courteous, and tactful demeanor at all times. Always strive to display a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- A well-rounded individual who can engage with members, participants, directors, and volunteers in a positive and professional manner.
- Travel between various locations in and around the association.
- Ability to plan, lead, and participate in activities.
- Bend or stoop and reach to various height levels.
