Eligibility Requirements
- Our internship program is remote based; however, the intern must be located in the United States.
- Per recent USCIS/DHS rulings, international students are required to work from a physical office location for 20% of the work week. Therefore, all international applicants must be located near one of our 4 office locations in Massachusetts, New Jersey, Virginia, or Colorado to be considered.
- Must be an undergraduate or graduate student, enrolled in a degree-granting program at an accredited college or university.
- GPA of 3.0 or above (based on a 4.0 scale)
- Available to work full time (40 hours/week) for the duration of the summer program (May 20th - August 9th).
- Required to undergo a pre-employment background check.
Working closely with the department, the Intern will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Support teams to plan, develop, and execute marketing initiatives, including, social campaigns, email campaigns, webinars and other customer events, and drive product launches
- Collect performance metrics to measure progress
- Explore, learn and support Somos’ product portfolio
- Provide support for our product portfolio sales enablement process improvements
- Perform competitive market analysis to identify areas of opportunity
- Maintenance of lead lists and run reports
- Learn how to curate the best ideas, hypothesize their value, and implement the most promising of them
- Participate in overall strategic product marketing discussions for current and future products
- Assist team with programs and processes
- Audit customer feedback to anticipate their needs and enhance overall customer experiences.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- Working toward a degree in marketing or business management
- Knowledge of go to market strategies, social media content development and tradeshow exhibitions a plus.
- Knowledge and experience working in the following application tools: Marketo, SalesForce, Drupal and Mural preferred
