What am I responsible for as a Dishwasher at SoNapa Grille:
- I will uphold SoNapa Grille’s standards on heath and safety specifications.
- I will follow all food safety standards for our guests.
- I will maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- I will learn the operation of the dish machine and help maintain it daily
- I will ensure that all items are cleaned, sanitized and put in its proper storage area
- I will remove stickers from all pans before storing.
- I will support the restaurant by running dishes quickly to ensure speed of service.
- I will handle dishes carefully to minimize breakage.
- I will help with other tasks including trash, floors, and any other tasks assigned to me.
- I will leave my area clean and sanitized at the end of each shift.
- I must have a positive attitude.
- I do not need previous restaurant experience.
- I must be able to work in a hot, wet environment for long periods of time.
- I must be physically able to bend, reach and lift heavy items.
- I must be able to work in a standing position for up to 8 hours.
- I must be able to follow direction and take input from my Leadership Team.
