A dynamic US-based law firm is seeking exceptional Mid-level Associates to join its growing Capital Markets practice in New York. This cutting-edge team represents clients ranging from financial institutions and globally-recognized corporate entities to emerging/venture-backed growth companies in the full spectrum of capital markets transactions.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have at least 3 years' experience in all aspects of capital markets transactions (debt and/or equity), including IPOs and follow-on offerings, as well as SEC compliance and general corporate governance (preferably at an AmLaw 50 firm)
- Have a JD from an accredited law school and possess a stellar academic record
- Be qualified and in good standing to practice in the state of New York*

Base compensation starting at $250K and based on experience.
