Job Summary: We are seeking an ambitious and self-motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales to meet targets. Responsibilities: - Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals. - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. - Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers. - Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule. - Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments. - Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales, and status reports. Requirements: - Proven work experience as an Outside Sales Representative or similar role. - Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software. - Strong knowledge of technical sales and negotiation techniques. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to speak Spanish is a plus. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred. Pay: Up to $71,341.00 per year
