This position is to develop, maintain, and implement digital strategies to drive adoption of Irby digital and eCommerce solutions and serve as lead on digital operations and digital sales support. The Digital Integration Specialist will assist and provide training and support to the sales field, leadership, and executives and manage new and existing digital customer accounts and contacts. This position is responsible for creating and managing system-to-system eCommerce profiles and will be the point of contact for system-to-system eCommerce needs, digital solutions, website user experience, and website modifications and improvements. The Digital Specialist will help optimize the user experience and work in conjunction with corporate services and operations to maintain accurate product visibility and pricing on irby.com. They will assist with digital campaigns to engage customers and grow business.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Serve as project manager for customer web accounts, product data on irby.com, and process cleanup. Engage regularly with supply chain, purchasing, credit, IT, and pricing corporate services to ensure data is being effectively managed, correctly presented, and the customer experience and buying processes are optimized.
- Ensure an efficient account creation process from start to finish, including new account requests, setup, and authorizations, Web Admin tools, the Eclipse ERP, and/or Solar
- Work with Inside Sales Associates and Digital Sales Specialist to create system-to-system profiles, increase adoption, and sustain usage of the tool. Ensure accurate setup, help increase user understanding and confidence, and optimize the user experience.
- Verify the communication, implementation, and efficiency of automated functions such as Rules-Based Order Processing and various digital Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Assist with the development and implementation of Irby’s digital business strategy, including the optimization of Irby.com and increased customer adoption of Irby digital solutions. Assess the functionality, digital metrics, user experience data, and customer feedback to improve and transform the digital experience and drive incremental sales.
- Identify digital and eCommerce trends, market gaps, and process improvements, recommending the best resources and solutions. Work closely with the Digital Sales Specialist to identify opportunities to integrate Irby digital solutions with customers’ business systems for an efficient day-to-day digital sales experience.
- Support Irby’s vendor co-op program by identifying and implementing more digital marketing opportunities to grow customer reach, engagement, and sales of focused-vendor products and services. Build and present data analytics reports to track progress and performance.
- Assist with campaign development, execution, and tracking. Stay abreast of digital and eCommerce trends, and business-to-business digital marketing practices, including SEO, UX/UI, web analytics, and web enhancements.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.A. or B.S.) in business, marketing, or technology-related field
- 5 years of digital, eCommerce, technology, and/or marketing experience, OR equivalent combination of education and experience specifically related to the position (enterprise resource planning software, business-to business environment, e-commerce, electrical distribution, etc.), and proven versatility.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present in front of executive level leadership
