RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position is responsible for the professional and efficient managing of telephone calls and messages, as well as a variety of clerical support tasks for the branch.
Answers incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of callers, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel or department.
- Welcomes on-site visitors, determines nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel.
- Performs other clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, and collating. Independently answers inquiries and provides information or assistance to callers and visitors which require thorough knowledge of office policies and procedures.
- Driving to bank and post-office 2-3 days per week.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Typical environments include office, light industrial, commercial, utility and manufacturing. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Work may include outdoor work exposed to elements and non-conditioned spaces.
