We are looking for two Regional Credit Managers at our Auburn, WA location.
What you will do:
- Overall A/R management of a designated customer assignment
- Assists Director in development and implementation of Department policies, procedures & goals
- Training, support and supervision of Associates in their designated region
- Relationship building with internal/external customers, risk of loss and DSO management
- Credit application review and approval
- Account credit limit and aged receivables monitoring
- Generate various monthly reports and participate in monthly A/R meetings with Leadership
- Support and promote department and company initiatives.
- Other duties as assigned
What you will bring:
- NACM CBA designation or higher or 3 years as a Credit Manager
- Must be able to interpret information provided on credit application and from D&B, Experian and Equifax credit reports
- Must understand legal requirements of credit applications and business entity structures.
- Must have extensive knowledge of laws and regulations regarding credit and collections in the construction industry including but not limited to mechanics lien laws
- Risk assessment and Credit Limit determination skills
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Self-motivated, trustworthy, diplomatic, and reliable. In this position you must take initiative!
- Strong customer service focus (internal & external)
- Ability to handle a different range of personalities in a professional and courteous manner
- Proficient at Microsoft programs, ie: Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills and be able to multitask and prioritize
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
- Office environment mainly seated at a desk. Heavy phone and computer use
- Usual 40-hour work-week Monday through Friday however based on business needs evening and weekend hours may occasionally be required.
- Requires punctual regular and reliable on-site attendance.
- Some lifting up to 40 lbs
