Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team. As the Front Desk Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all front desk operations and ensuring exceptional guest service. If you have a strong background in hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences, we would love to hear from you.
Duties:
- Supervise the front desk staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Front Desk Supervisor works regular shifts at front desk, usually 3P-11P, and includes weekends.
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient communication and guest satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of room availability, reservations, and guest accounts
- Monitor and enforce hotel policies and procedures to ensure compliance
- Assist with night audit duties as needed
- Oversee the operation of phone systems and handle incoming calls professionally
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hotel front desk operations is required
- Excellent customer service skills with a strong focus on guest satisfaction
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable
- Proficiency in using hotel management software systems
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations with calmness and professionalism
- Knowledge of night audit procedures is a plus
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
